Evidence first.
We begin with the record: what happened, what can be supported, and what still needs proof.
Who we are
On Appeal is an independent advocacy service for people who have received a decision that may deserve another look.

Escalation takes time. The process can be confusing, and the useful facts may be scattered across receipts, policies, messages, and earlier replies.
Potentially valid disputes often stop because the record was never organized or the case was not presented clearly. On Appeal exists to make that process more orderly—and to decide whether continuing is justified.
How we think
We begin with the record: what happened, what can be supported, and what still needs proof.
We consider the strongest response to a case, not only the strongest argument for it.
We pursue a matter only when the available facts and evidence appear to support another attempt.
Clear boundaries
On Appeal is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and is not a collection agency.
It is also not a service that assumes every complaint deserves an appeal. If the record does not support continuing, we say so plainly.
Behind On Appeal
On Appeal was founded by Ben around a simple idea: a decision should not stand merely because the person challenging it lacked the time to organize the record or navigate escalation. He built the service to review each matter carefully, independently, and without promising an outcome the evidence cannot support.
